This is a warehouse picking role at a major kitchenware manufacturer and distributor in Seki, Gifu, handling products such as knives and frying pans. Using a barcode scanner, you read a picklist, locate the correct shelf, pick the specified items, and load them onto pallets or cage trolleys. The instructions are clear and systematic; no specialist knowledge or experience is required. The workplace is quiet and air-conditioned, with 10-20 staff in your section; a staff canteen, lockers, and free parking are all available on-site. Advance payment (前払い maekashi) is available through the Hot Staff prepayment scheme; note this differs from daily or weekly pay. Overtime can be chosen: opt in or opt out depending on your schedule, with only occasional early starts or overtime during busy periods around major holidays.

Wage:
