Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making role at Nine Hours Narita, a stylish next-generation capsule hotel directly adjacent to Narita Airport Terminal 2. Duties involve bed-making, room cleaning, and maintaining the pristine condition of the modern, design-award-winning interior — the goal is to preserve cleanliness rather than restore it. Shifts run from 08:00 to 14:00 with a minimum of 4 hours per day from 2 days a week, finishing by early afternoon to leave the rest of the day free for other commitments or a second job. The workplace has a genuinely casual culture: hair colour, piercings, nails, beard, and accessories are all permitted, which is rare in the hotel industry. A free shower is available after shifts, and a free on-site uniform is provided. Foreigners and international students are actively welcome; no English skills are required for this role.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Salary increase available. Training period rate: same as base (120-hour training period). Deep-night and overtime allowances available (for applicable shifts).
