Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Makino Sannomiya Center Plaza, a tempura teishoku (天ぷら定食 tenpura teishoku) restaurant in central Kobe operated by the Toridoll Group, located in the basement of Center Plaza near Sannomiya Station. Kitchen duties include frying shrimp, vegetables, and other tempura items to order using timed recipes, plus preparing rice and miso soup; an open counter kitchen lets you interact with guests while cooking. Hall duties include greeting guests, taking orders, register operation (touch-panel system), table clearing, and dishwashing using a dishwasher. Shifts are available from 2 hours a day, 2 days a week across a wide window; weekday and weekend-only arrangements are both possible. Staff meals (まかない makanai) cost 120 yen per meal; a family canteen card provides up to 5,000 yen/month for employees with children aged 15 and under. Weekend and public holiday rate: 1,350円 per hour.
