Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Honetsukidori and Hakata Mizutaki Yamato, a Japanese hot pot and roasted chicken restaurant just 1 minute walk from JR Amagasaki Station in Hyogo. The restaurant spans three floors with private rooms and semi-private banquet areas, serving Hakata-style mizutaki hot pot and Marugame-origin honetsukidori (骨付鳥) roasted chicken to a mainly business-age clientele. Duties include taking orders by hand on paper, making drinks, serving dishes, and clearing tables; you start with whatever you can handle and build from there. Shifts run from 17:00 to 23:00 (or shorter from 18:00 or 19:00), working a minimum of 3 hours from 2 days a week. Wages are paid in cash (手渡し tewatashi) at the end of each pay period. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, including the chef's original menu items.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Deep-night premium from 22:00: 1,500円 (shinya-teate, base x 1.25). Research period rate: 1,172円 for first 100 hours. Salary increase available.
