Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen opening staff role at LoB BURGER, a new gourmet burger restaurant opening in late September 2026 in Kokura, Kitakyushu, 5 minutes walk from Kokura Station. Duties include guiding guests, taking orders, serving food, register operation, basic cooking assistance, and in-store cleaning. As an opening position, all staff start at the same time, making it easy to fit into the team from day one. Shifts are flexible with as little as 4 hours from 1 day a week across a 10:00-22:00 window; shifts are submitted by self-declaration every 15 days. Wages are paid in cash (手渡し tewatashi); staff meals (まかない makanai) are available, and affiliate restaurant discounts at the BIGAPPLE group are included. High school students are not eligible for this role.

Wage:

1,057円 (per hour) Deep-night premium from 22:00: +25% (shinya-teate; applicable if late shifts are introduced). Salary increase available.
