Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Kawagoe Genjin, a red meat izakaya in the basement of a building 5 minutes walk from Kawagoe Station, known for its boldly portioned premium beef dishes. Duties include making drinks, taking orders, serving food, register operation, and table clearing; you start with whatever you can handle and build from there. Shifts run from 17:00 to 24:00 (or from 15:00 on some days), with as little as 3 hours from 1 day a week; shifts are submitted every 1-2 weeks. On Fridays, Saturdays, and public holiday eves the store runs until 24:00, with a deep-night premium of 1,500円 from 22:00. Wages can be paid in cash (手渡し tewatashi), weekly, or monthly by your choice; free staff meals (まかない makanai) are made by the chef and served on every shift. Applicants must be aged 20 or over (smoke-free venue under the amended Health Promotion Act).

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Deep-night premium from 22:00: 1,500円 (shinya-teate). Performance-based salary increase (随時). Attendance bonus (大入り手当) available.
