Job Description:

This is an omnichannel operations support role at the Tokyo office of a globally renowned luxury fashion brand, 4 minutes walk from Hanzomon Station in central Tokyo. Duties involve coordinating between the brand office and its warehouse: monitoring EC order packing progress, sharing order schedules with teams, checking information for errors, and supporting inventory data tracking. The role suits those with an interest in luxury fashion or the apparel industry; no prior apparel experience is needed. English reading and writing ability is required for daily operations and communication with international counterparts. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, running 5 days a week on a rotation (09:30-18:00, 7 hours actual work). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available through Dimple's standard scheme.
