Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Toridoru Suita, a yakitori and Japanese casual dining restaurant in the Toridoll Group, 5 minutes walk from Yamada Station in Suita, Osaka. Kitchen duties include skewering chicken and vegetables, charcoal-grilling yakitori, preparing karaage fried chicken and kama-meshi rice, vegetable cutting, and cooking assistance; all menus have full recipes. Hall duties include welcoming guests, touch-panel register operation, table clearing, dishwashing (machine), and in-store cleaning. Weekday shifts run 09:00-16:00; weekend and public holiday shifts extend to 23:30 with a 25% deep-night premium from 22:00. Staff meals (まかない makanai) cost 120 yen per meal (yakitori bowl, karaage set, etc.); a family canteen card provides up to 5,000 yen/month for employees with children aged 15 and under. Salary increases every 1,000 hours of cumulative work (up to a capped level); trainer promotion available (max 1,350円).

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday rate: 1,300円. Deep-night premium from 22:00: +25% (shinya-teate; applies on weekend/holiday shifts). Salary increase every 1,000 cumulative hours. Store profit bonus. Trainer promotion: up to 1,350円.
