Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Umeda, a udon restaurant located 5 minutes walk from Osaka Station and Umeda Station in central Osaka. Kitchen duties include udon and tempura cooking and rice dish preparation; hall duties include table clearing, dishwashing, and register service. Tasks are divided into small, clear roles so each person can work efficiently; shifts are available from as short as 3 hours a day, 2 days a week across a wide 08:00-24:00 window. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth); a family canteen card provides up to 10,000 yen/month for employees with children aged 15 and under. A late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onward. JLPT N1 or equivalent conversational Japanese is required; customer-facing service is part of this role.

Wage:

1,350円 (per hour) Late-night premium from 22:00: +25% (shinya-teate). Salary increase system based on work record. Bonus system.
