Job Description:

Work in the sushi preparation section of Yaoko supermarket in Nakanojo, Gunma. Main duties include simple sushi making, packaging (パック詰め pakku-zume), shelf stocking, and store cleaning. Products are made fresh each morning, and you may also apply timed markdowns to keep items moving while they are at their best. No experience required — if you enjoy or are interested in sushi, this is a great fit, and you will naturally build sushi knowledge on the job. The morning shift runs 08:00-12:00, ideal for fitting around family or household responsibilities. An early-morning allowance of +100円/hour applies until 09:00, and a weekend premium of +100円/hour applies on Saturdays and public holidays. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided at the same wage rate from day one.

Wage:

1,230円 (per hour) Early-morning allowance (早朝手当 soco-teate) until 09:00: +100円/hour. Saturday allowance: +100円/hour. Sunday and public holiday allowance: +100円/hour. Evening allowance from 16:00: +150円/hour (not applicable to this shift). Maximum rate with allowances: up to 1,480円/hour. Salary increase (昇給 shokyu) available.
