Job Description:
Work as kitchen staff at an in-house restaurant inside a SOMPO Care elderly care home (老人ホーム rouji-houmu) in Higashi-ku, Hiroshima. Duties include cooking, plating (盛り付け moritsuke), meal tray preparation, dish washing (食器洗浄 shokki-senjo), and kitchen cleaning. Structured recipes are provided for every meal, so no specialist knowledge or chef qualifications are needed. Two early-morning shift slots are available: 05:30-08:00 and 05:30-10:30, suited to those who prefer to finish work before midday. An early-morning allowance (早朝手当 soco-teate) of +100円/hour applies from 05:00 to 08:00. Foreign nationals are welcome; daily conversational Japanese at JLPT N3 level or equivalent is required for reading schedules and communicating with the team. Wワーク (second job) and within-dependent-deduction work are both accepted.
