Job Description:
Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺), a popular udon chain restaurant in Shintenchi, Hiroshima. In the open kitchen, you take customer orders and prepare udon directly in front of them, then hand the bowl across the counter. Other roles include frying tempura (天ぷら tenpura), preparing inari and rice dishes, working the register (レジ reji), and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba). Multiple positions are available so you can find a role that suits you; full training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe support are provided from day one at the same wage. Standard hours are 08:30-23:00 daily, extending to 08:30-00:00 on Fridays and Saturdays; you can choose morning-only, evening-only, or fixed-day shifts. A deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onward. Applicants under 18 may not work after 22:00 (Japanese labour law). No resume required. Hair colour and style are free. A staff meal (まかない makanai) of up to 800円 of menu items is available for just 120円 per meal.

Deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00: +25% (approx. 1,375円/hour). Wage increase planned from October: 1,150円/hour. Salary increase (昇給 shokyu) and bonus (賞与 shoyo) system available.
