Job Description:

Work inside a major tyre manufacturer's factory in Iwanuma, Miyagi, handling completed automobile tyres. Main tasks are loading finished tyres from trolleys into containers, moving loaded containers to designated areas, and applying labels to completed tyres. Some basic computer operation is also involved. The work is simple and repetitive — no experience or special qualifications needed, and the support system means those returning from a career gap are welcome. The shift runs 08:20-17:20 on a fixed day schedule (日勤 nikkin), Monday to Friday, with 120 days off per year including long holiday periods. A subsidised staff canteen (食堂 shokudo) is available on site with meals averaging 300円. Employment is via UTエージェント as an indefinite-term dispatch worker (無期雇用派遣 muki-koyo-haken); the employment contract continues even between dispatch placements. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) available via smartphone application within approximately 5 minutes of completing registration (regulations apply). Relocating hires receive a 20,000-yen digital gift on their start date, redeemable as cash.

Wage:
