Job Description:
Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺) in Shiroganemachi, Kokura Kita-ku, Kitakyushu. Duties include hall clearing and table tidying, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), register (レジ reji) operation, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes in the open kitchen. Tasks are divided into clear roles so each person can work efficiently; a structured recipe book and training (研修 kenshuu) are provided so beginners can start with confidence. The daytime shift runs 08:00-18:00 with flexible start and end times; minimum 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, weekday-only working is also accepted. No experience required.
