Job Description:
Work as a wagashi (和菓子 wagashi) sales staff member at a long-established traditional Japanese confectionery and rice cracker shop founded in Ginza, located inside the Odakyu Fujisawa store, 1 minute from Fujisawa Station. The shop carries year-round items such as okaki rice crackers, daifuku, and monaka, as well as seasonal products including sakura mochi, kashiwa mochi, water yokan, and tsukimi dango, plus limited-edition gift sets for Valentine's Day and Christmas. Duties include customer service (接客 settai), register operation (レジ reji), gift wrapping (包装 housou), product display, and stock management. The shift runs 3 days per week with two possible time slots: 08:45-18:15 or 11:00-20:30 (8 hours actual work, 90 minutes break); the schedule includes weekends and public holidays. Some prior sales experience is required; those returning after a career gap are welcome. Contract runs until end of January 2027. Full transport allowance (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi-zengaku-shikyu) paid. No resume required.
Wage:
1,600円 (per hour)
Monthly income example: 1,600円 x 8h x 13 days (week 3 days) = approx. 260,000円+ including full transport allowance.
