Job Description:

Work as hall and kitchen staff at Toridoru (とりどーる), a family-friendly restaurant from the Toridoll group serving charcoal-grilled yakitori, karaage, and rice dishes in Amagasaki, Hyogo. Hall staff welcome guests with greetings, operate the touchscreen register, and keep the dining area tidy; kitchen staff prepare skewers, grill yakitori on charcoal, assist with karaage and rice dishes, and handle washing up using a dishwasher. All menu items have full recipes available, and a trainer is always on hand to support you, so no experience is needed. The restaurant operates 09:00-23:30 and shifts can be chosen flexibly within these hours; minimum 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, with weekends-only working accepted. A deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onward. Weekend and public holiday base rate rises to 1,250円/hour. Salary increases every 1,000 hours worked (up to trainer level at 1,350円/hour). No resume required at interview.
