Work as kitchen and hall staff at Marugame Seimen, handling table clearing, dishwashing, the register, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes. Tasks are broken down into simple, clearly divided roles, making it easy for anyone to work efficiently, even without prior customer service experience. Staff meals (まかない makanai) let you eat items worth up to 800円 for just 120円, and thorough training (研修 kenshuu) with recipe guides means beginners can start with confidence. Free hairstyle and hair color are allowed (店舗により規定あり, subject to store rules), and staff from their teens through 60s work together as one team.
