Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Shabu-yo MIREO Sendai Rokuchome-no-me, an opening-staff opportunity at a shabu-shabu buffet restaurant in the Skylark Group. The buffet format means less tableside interaction than a typical restaurant; customers order via touchscreen, keeping service straightforward even for first-time workers. Hall duties include guest seating, explaining the buffet, table setting, and cashier work; kitchen duties focus on ingredient prep, meat cutting, and food stocking. A morning cleaning (朝清掃) slot from 08:30 to 11:00 is also available for those who prefer early shifts. Training (研修 kenshuu) wages match standard rates from day one — no reduction during training period. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available from the day after working, with up to 70% of earned wages accessible via smartphone. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 20,000 yen per month. Shifts from 22:00 onwards are restricted to staff aged 18 and over (Japanese labour law); high school students may not work past 22:00.
