Job Description:

This is a cleaning and facility management role at Mitsui Link Lab Shin-Kiba, a rental laboratory and office complex in Koto-ku, Tokyo, dispatched through Admic on a temp-to-perm basis. Duties include circuit cleaning of indoor areas, toilets, and corridors, vacuuming, shift scheduling and on-site coordination, and reporting to head office; basic PC data entry is also required. The team consists of 10-20 staff per shift, with 40-50 year-old staff currently forming the core workforce. The fixed shift runs 08:00 to 17:00 (including 1-hour break, 8 hours actual working time), weekdays only with weekends and public holidays always off. This is a 紹介予定派遣 (shokai-yotei-haken) position — after the dispatch period (up to 6 months), conversion to direct employment (part-time, contract, or full-time) is discussed based on preference. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of earned wages is available under company regulations. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered.
