Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at an authentic Italian restaurant specialising in wood-fired pizza and charcoal grilling, located inside Sunshine City in Higashi-Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Duties include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, table clearing, making drinks, and handling cashier work including cash, card, and electronic payments. The role is suitable for those with no restaurant experience; tasks are introduced progressively starting from a simple welcome greeting, with most new starters fully comfortable within about one month. The shift window is 10:00-20:00, with 8 hours actual working time and 1 hour break per shift; start and end times within this window can be selected to suit your schedule. Weekend availability is welcome; the schedule covers all days of the week including weekends and public holidays on a rotation. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of earned wages is available under company regulations. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered.
