Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Ikebukuro Nagashio Hospital Mae, 5 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station in Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Duties include cashier work, customer service (接客 settai), product ordering, shelf display, and store cleaning. Four shift slots cover the full 24-hour cycle; the overnight slots (22:00-08:00 and 22:00-02:00) start at 22:00 and attract the statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) for the 22:00-05:00 portion, reverting to the standard rate from 05:00. Training (研修 kenshuu) wages match standard rates from day one; foreigners and international students are actively welcomed. The late-night slots are restricted to staff aged 18 and over (Japanese labour law). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered.
