Job Description:
Pack and price fresh meat for distribution to Ikari Supermarkets at a chilled processing centre in Takarazuka City. Tasks are done on a conveyor line and include placing cuts of meat into trays, attaching price stickers, and sorting packed trays for outgoing shipment — no knife or cutting work involved. The work environment is air-conditioned to approximately 10-15°C; gloves and appropriate clothing are required for the cool temperature. Shifts start early: options include 04:00-12:00, 04:00-13:00, 05:00-12:00, 05:00-13:00, 06:00-12:00, and 06:00-13:00 (all with a 1-hour break); the 04:00 start qualifies for the deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,663円/hour for the 04:00-05:00 hour. Overtime is virtually non-existent (under 5 hours per month), and work finishes by early afternoon. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available.
