Job Description:

Assist with cooking at a popular Japanese restaurant (和食 washoku) serving donburi and noodle dishes inside Kyoto Isetan department store, located in the bustling open-kitchen dining floor. Tasks include cutting fish cakes and processed items, vegetable preparation (下ごしらえ shitakorae), plating assistance, light kitchen cleaning, and delivering dishes to the hall when needed. Those who can handle fish processing (breaking down whole fish) are particularly welcome. Shifts are chosen within the 09:00-21:30 window for 8 actual working hours; weekday-only schedules can be arranged on consultation, and weekends off are possible. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement through Admic Co., Ltd.
