Job Description:

Prepare food in the kitchen of a pizza and dining restaurant inside Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, serving fresh-milk pizzas made from next-morning milk delivered daily from a farm in Kiyose, Tokyo. The restaurant is part of a well-known food select shop group; the kitchen focuses on antipasti and side dishes alongside the pizza programme. Tasks include cutting and prepping ingredients, general mise en place (仕込み shikomi), and plating — particularly for starter and side menu items; Western cuisine experience is a strong advantage. Shifts are chosen within the 09:00-22:30 window for 5-8 hours per day, at least 3 days per week; Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday availability is especially welcomed. Advance payment (前払い maepay) of worked wages is available under company rules. This is a short-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement of approximately 1 day to 2 months through LeafNxT Co., Ltd.
