Job Description:

Cook at a Japanese restaurant (和食 washoku) directly in front of Tokyo Station in the Marunouchi district, handling a wide range of kitchen duties including breaking down fresh fish (鮮魚 sengyo), deep frying, and grilling. Senior full-time staff and experienced part-timers are on hand to teach techniques, so first-time kitchen workers are supported from the start. The shift runs 17:00-22:30 (5.5 hours) any day of the week; minimum 2 days per week through a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). A daily allowance of 800円 and a subsidised staff meal (まかない makanai, 300円/day) are provided on top of the hourly rate. Advance payment (前払い maepay) of worked wages is available under company rules. This is a short-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement through LeafNxT Co., Ltd.; bring a pen and notepad on your first day.
