Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Lala Garden Nagamachi, a popular udon chain restaurant on the third floor of a shopping mall in Nagamachi, Sendai. Work covers the full range of positions in the open kitchen: taking orders at the counter, cooking and handing dishes directly to customers, frying tempura, preparing inari and rice dishes, cashier duties, and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba). Full recipe guides and hands-on training (研修 kenshuu) are provided — no cooking or service experience is needed, and training pay stays the same as the regular rate. Shifts run from 09:00 to 23:00 with a flexible rota; you can work as little as 2 hours per day from 2 days a week, or take on full-time hours. Late-night shifts after 22:00 receive a 25% wage uplift, and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only. A staff meal (まかない makanai) of up to 800円 worth of food for 120円 is available per shift. Hair colour and style are unrestricted.
