Job Description:
This is a residential apartment building cleaning role in Honkomagome, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, accessible from Honkomagome Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. The building is a 5-storey apartment block and cleaning covers the shared spaces: sweeping and mopping corridors and staircases, taking out rubbish and sorting it by category. Work is carried out alone at your own pace with no customer interaction — a straightforward routine that most staff are comfortable with within about 1 week, starting alongside a senior staff member for the first few days. The schedule is fixed by day of week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with Fridays on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month replacing one of the regular days. The shift runs 08:00 to 11:00 (3 hours, no break, no overtime), finishing before midday and leaving the full afternoon free. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment are both available, and no resume is required to apply.
