Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Isomaru Suisan, a lively seafood izakaya in the heart of Sendai's Nakagacho shopping area, a 2-minute walk from Aoba-dori Station. Duties include seating customers, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and providing attentive service — the restaurant has a festive, beach-shack atmosphere with fresh shellfish from live tanks, crab miso gratin, and sashimi as signature items. The store operates 24 hours (08:00-08:00 the next day); late-night shifts from 22:00 pay 1,375円/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Shifts start from just 3 hours and 1 day a week — highly flexible for students, homemakers, and second-job workers. Daily advance payment available for staff who have worked at least 1 month (前払い maebarai). Staff meal subsidy of 350円 per meal on working days. No resume required. Japanese language ability sufficient for customer service is required.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Late-night rate from 22:00: 1,375円/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Salary increase available (昇給 shoukyuu). Training provided at the same hourly rate.
