Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at Taishu Sushi Sakaba Jinbee-Taro Hatogaya, a lively popular sushi izakaya reopening at a new location just 1 minute from Hatogaya Station in Kawaguchi, Saitama. Duties include seating customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks — straightforward work where a warm greeting is the most important skill. As an opening-recruitment position, all staff start at the same point and senior staff provide full support for newcomers. Weekday shifts (Mon-Fri) start from 16:00; weekend and holiday shifts (Sat-Sun-hol) start from 12:00, both running to 23:00. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Staff meals provided free — up to 1 meal per shift for 4+ hour shifts, up to 2 meals for 8+ hour shifts. Hall staff may wear nail polish and piercing (no fake nails). No resume required.
