Job Description:

This is a condominium building manager role centred on cleaning, in Jingumae, Shibuya ward, Tokyo — 6 minutes walk from both Omotesando Station and Meiji-Jingumae Station on the Tokyo Metro. Duties include morning rounds and rubbish disposal, cleaning shared areas (entrance, corridors, staircases, windows, rubbish room, postboxes, lifts, car park), responding to resident and visitor enquiries, and writing a simple daily log. Work is a mix of focused solo cleaning and light resident interaction — well-suited to those who like methodical, calm environments in a quiet upscale residential area. Shifts run 07:30-13:30 Monday to Friday (5 hours actual work including a 60-minute break); weekends off. Almost no overtime. After a minimum of 4 months, transition to direct hire as a contract employee is possible (retirement age 72). High school graduate or above. No resume required. Minimum 2-month contract. Transportation fully paid.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) After direct hire transition: 1,300円/hour (contract employee). Monthly earnings example: approx. 147,000円 (1,400円 x 5 hours x 21 days). Transportation fully paid.
