Job Description:
This is a sales and kitchen support role at a cheese sweets specialty store in Atre Akihabara, known for its signature cheese cakes, cookies, and cream puffs (シュークリーム) — popular on social media and a frequent gift destination. Duties are split between the sales floor (register, packing, display, restocking, opening and closing tasks) and the kitchen (baking cream puff pastry shells and injecting cream filling) — a balanced role covering both front and back of house. Training is thorough and most staff reach independence within about 1 month. Current team is primarily women in their 20s-30s. Three shift options: early (09:00-18:00), mid (11:00-20:00), and late (13:00-22:00); 5 days per week on a shift rotation including weekends and holidays. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) available. No resume required.
Wage:
1,550円 (per hour)
Monthly earnings example: approx. 272,800円 (1,550円 x 8 hours x 22 days). Transportation allowance paid within regulations.
