Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at Sumibiyaki to Kamonabe no Mise "Ora Kamo", a charcoal-grilled duck and duck hotpot restaurant in Namba, Osaka — 2 minutes walk from Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. Duties include seating customers, taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, and serving food — all taught from scratch by senior staff with no prior experience needed. It is a small independent restaurant with an easy-going, team-oriented atmosphere; most current staff are students and those in their 20s. Free staff meals provided every shift (まかない makanai), with a different menu daily. Shifts run from 17:00-23:00; start time can be adjusted to suit class schedules (e.g. from 18:00). Last train times are considered when scheduling. Wages paid cash in hand (現金手渡し genkin-tewatashi). No resume required.
Wage:
1,250円 (per hour)
Salary increase based on performance — up to 1,530円/hour achieved by existing staff (昇給 shoukyuu). Training period rate unchanged from base rate.
