Job Description:

This is a condominium shared-area cleaning role at "The Senri Tower," a large residential tower directly accessible from Senri-Chuo Station in Toyonaka, Osaka. Duties include cleaning corridors and staircases, the perimeter and car park, a kids' room, a guest room (bed, bath, and toilet), and collecting rubbish from each floor to the ground level — all using standard mops and vacuum cleaners with no specialist equipment. The building is well-maintained so most cleaning involves light dirt only. Senior staff accompany new starters until they learn the routine, typically within about a week. Choose from a 3-day schedule (Sundays and Wednesdays off, approx. 13 days/month) or a 5-day schedule; weekdays-only arrangement can be discussed. Shifts run 09:00-16:00 with almost no overtime. Hair colour and nail polish allowed. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) available. No resume required.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Transportation allowance paid within regulations. Overtime minimal — under 5 hours per month.
