Job Description:

This is a hall staff position at Hananomai Honten, a lively izakaya in central Sapporo, just 2 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. You will welcome and seat guests, take orders using a handheld terminal (ハンディ端末), serve food and drinks, clear and reset tables, handle the register, and assist with closing duties. New staff start with simple tasks like serving dishes and clearing tables, with senior staff providing hands-on support until you are confident. Detailed training (研修 kenshuu) totalling 40 hours is provided along with instructional videos for each task, making this an excellent first job even with no restaurant experience. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 200 yen per meal, ideal for students and those living alone. Daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment (週払い shuubarai), and advance payment (前払い maebarai) options are all available.
