Job Description:
This is a hall staff position at a cafe in Hiroshima's Minami ward, 9 minutes walk from Ujina-sanchome Station on the Hiroden Ujina Line. Duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders using a handheld terminal, serving food and drinks, clearing and sanitising tables, and handling the register, with occasional drink preparation and light cooking. No prior experience in service or cashier work is required — the workplace has around 10 staff and a strong retention record. Two shift options are available: 07:00-13:00 (6 hours, no break) or 07:00-16:00 (8 hours, 60-minute break), with no overtime on either slot. Time can also be negotiated within 07:00-23:00. Daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment (週払い shuubarai), and advance payment (前払い maebarai) are all available — funds withdrawable in 1,000 yen units from convenience store ATMs, including from the first day of employment. Free parking and bicycle parking are available on site. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting all accepted.

1,180円 (per hour)
Experienced applicants may be eligible for a higher starting rate. Transportation allowance partly paid (excess over company limit is self-funded).
