This is a hall staff position at Hananomai Maebashi Kitaguchi Ekimae, a seafood izakaya located under the JR Ryomo Line tracks, just 1 minute walk from Maebashi Station. New staff start with simple, structured tasks — guiding guests to their seats, taking orders using a handheld terminal (ハンディ端末), and delivering food — with senior staff providing close support throughout training (研修 kenshuu). There is no pressure to be outgoing or play an entertainer role; attentive listening and courteous service are what the store values. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 200 yen per meal, and daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment (週払い shuubarai), and advance payment (前払い maebarai) are all available.
