Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen Soka, a udon and tempura restaurant chain located along National Route 4, 15 minutes walk from Shinden Station's west exit on the Tobu Isesaki Line. Duties are divided into small, manageable tasks — hall clearing, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji) operation, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so each role can be handled efficiently within the team. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and complete recipe guides are provided, making this a solid first job even with no restaurant experience. Weekday shifts run daytime hours; weekend and holiday shifts extend into the evening with late-night hours from 22:00 attracting a 25% wage increase (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. Minimum contract period of 3 months. Hair colour and style are flexible.
