Job Description:

This is a hospital operating room cleaning position at a general hospital in Minato ward, Tokyo, directly accessible from Takanawadai Station and also within walking distance of Shinagawa Station. Duties follow a clear two-stage routine: pre-surgery preparation (wiping down the operating table and room surfaces, preparing equipment and supplies, setting up beds with fresh sheets) and post-surgery cleaning (wiping surfaces, washing used instruments, restocking). An 8-person team works together so questions can be answered immediately, and most new staff are comfortable with the routine within about a month. The schedule is weekdays only, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break, within the 08:30-18:00 window, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
