Job Description:

This is a backyard operations position at a world-famous Italian luxury fashion brand within Isetan Shinjuku, 1 minute walk from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. Duties include stock running between the shop floor and stockroom, inventory organisation, product sorting, inspection and quality checking, goods-in and goods-out processing, and PC data entry. The role supports the sales floor from behind the scenes — well suited to those who prefer methodical work over direct customer-facing duties, or those looking to apply retail experience in a luxury brand environment. Two shift patterns are available within the day: 09:30-18:00 or 12:00-20:30, working 5 days per week across a rotating schedule that includes weekends. Prior retail experience of any kind is required. High school graduate or above. Transportation fully paid. Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store shopping discount (10% off) included.
