Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff position at Seven-Eleven Shibuya Cerulean Tower, 5 minutes walk from Shibuya Station, located inside the Cerulean Tower complex in Shibuya ward. Duties include cashier and customer service, product stocking and display, store cleaning, and — once experienced — product ordering, campaign coordination, and POP creation. Three shift slots are available: afternoon (13:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-07:00). The overnight shift pays 1,600 yen per hour for the 22:00-05:00 window (25% premium) and is for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided over 30 days at the full base wage with no reduction. Foreign nationals are explicitly welcome. Transportation allowance paid within company rules.

Wage:

1,280円 (per hour) Late-night premium: 22:00-05:00 pays 1,600 yen per hour (25% increase on base rate). Training period (30 days): same rate as base wage. Salary increase available.
