Job Description:

This is a kitchen support role at a hospital facility in Kitahiroshima, Hiroshima, operated by Nisshin Medical Food Co., Ltd. Work centres on plating and serving meals, with additional tasks including food prep assistance, washing up, and kitchen cleaning — all done as a team with chefs, dietitians, and fellow kitchen staff. Shifts run from 06:00 to 10:00 (4 hours, no break), making this a great fit for an early morning (早朝 socho) routine. Menus follow set recipes, and serving numbers and timings are fixed, so you can work at a steady and predictable pace. No experience is needed — senior staff will train you from scratch, and those returning after a career gap are warmly welcomed. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full for commutes of 2 km or more. Bike commuting is permitted.

Wage:

1,150円～1,200円 (per hour) Rate based on experience and skill; salary increase available; qualified staff allowances: registered dietitian 22,500-30,000 yen/month, dietitian 3,750-5,000 yen/month, cook licence 3,750-5,000 yen/month, hygiene manager 3,750-5,000 yen/month, leader allowance 3,000-4,000 yen/month
