Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at a cafe-style Yoshinoya beef bowl restaurant in Odate, Akita, with a natural wood-interior quite unlike a standard Yoshinoya branch. Duties cover both floor service and kitchen work including cooking, plating, cashier, and customer greeting, as well as drink bar and dessert menu service. Shifts are highly flexible — from 3 hours per shift and 2 days per week — making it suitable for students, homemakers, freeters, and second-job holders. A video manual and 2-month training period (研修 kenshuu) ensure even first-time workers can get up to speed confidently. A daily payment advance system (速払い hayabarai) lets you access part of your wages before the regular payday. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 70% off during shifts, and takeaway is 30% off — for you and your family.
