Job Description:
This is a picking and transport role at a large logistics warehouse in Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido, handling drugstore products. Main tasks are stacking product cartons onto folding transport carts by store destination, and transferring pallets — with group work for heavier items so no one is lifting alone. The warehouse uses a fully digitalised picking system, so you always know where to go and what to pick without guesswork. Two fixed shift patterns are available: a morning-to-afternoon slot (09:00-17:00, Sunday and Monday off) or a midday-to-evening slot (12:00-20:00, Saturday and Sunday off). New starters receive step-by-step on-the-job training (研修 kenshuu), and staff in their 50s and 60s are already active at this workplace. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) can be requested via smartphone with funds available in as little as 5 minutes after approval. A subsidised canteen is on-site with meals from around 200 yen.
