Job Description:

This is a filling, inspection, stacking, and cleaning role at an agricultural chemical manufacturing facility in Ishioka, Ibaraki. Duties include filling product containers, inspecting small packaged goods, stacking onto pallets, cleaning production lines, and related tasks — all on a fixed day-shift schedule with no night work. The contract is short-term with 3-month renewals, making it suitable for those who prefer defined working periods with the option to continue. Weekends and public holidays are fixed days off (土日祝休み), with additional leave for Golden Week, summer, and year-end/New Year periods. Thorough on-the-job training (研修 kenshuu) is provided so no prior factory or manufacturing experience is needed. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) can be requested via smartphone with funds available in as little as 5 minutes after approval.
