Job Description:

This is a pharmaceutical production support and inspection role at a major manufacturer in Yaizu, Shizuoka. Duties cover production assistance, equipment assembly and cleaning, container washing, production-line monitoring, sanitation sampling, pest trap checks, cleanroom and changing-room cleaning, and waste disposal — alongside simple administrative tasks and document preparation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Three rotating shift patterns are available across the week, with Friday finishing earlier than other days. Weekends and public holidays are fixed days off, with overtime kept to around 5-10 hours per month. No prior pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience is required — a structured training system is in place to help new starters build understanding of the work step by step. Minimum contract period of 3 months, with long-term continuation possible.
