Job Description:

This is a picking, parts feeding, cleanroom washing, and packaging role at a small-valve manufacturing plant in Ohira, Miyagi, producing components used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Products are palm-sized, making the work manageable for both men and women without heavy lifting. The factory runs a two-shift rotation swapping between day and night every 2 weeks: a day shift (07:00-15:45), a night shift (15:15-00:00), and a standard shift (08:30-17:15). Weekends and public holidays are fixed days off, with GW, summer, and year-end/New Year leave periods included (123 days off per year). This is an indefinite-term dispatch (無期雇用派遣 muki-koyou-haken) role — you are employed directly by UTエージェント株式会社 on a permanent contract and assigned to the client site, with employment continuing even between placements. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) can be requested via smartphone with funds available in as little as 5 minutes after approval. Company housing is available with full subsidy (conditions apply).
