Job Description:

This is a warehouse picking role at a large distribution facility in Yamato-Koriyama, Nara, just 5 minutes walk from Tsutsui Station on the Kintetsu Kashihara Line. Work involves printing pick tickets from a machine, locating the matching numbered shelf position, pulling items from bins, and placing them into containers — a clear, repeatable cycle with no quotas and a self-paced working style. Products range from small screws to television-sized items; heavier pieces are handled in pairs or on a trolley so no single lifting is required. Three shift start times are available (09:00, 10:00, or 11:00), each running 7.5 hours, so you can pick the time that avoids rush-hour traffic. The workplace has air-conditioned rooms and spot coolers, a staff canteen, lockers, and a convenience store on-site. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available so you can access part of your wages before payday. Hair colour, nails, and piercings are all permitted, and uniform and safety shoes are provided free of charge.
