This is a night-shift picking, outbound shipment checking, and loading role at a logistics centre in Kobe's Higashinada-ku, 10 minutes walk from Marine Park Station on the Rokko Island Line. Work involves scanning outbound goods to verify shipments, loading them for dispatch, and picking products from warehouse stock — with scanner-assisted checking making the process straightforward for first-timers. The shift runs from 21:30 to 06:30 (8 hours with a 1-hour break), exclusively overnight, 5 days per week on a shift-based schedule with 2 days off. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies to the overnight hours, contributing to the 310,000+ yen monthly income potential. This is an indefinite-term dispatch (無期雇用派遣 muki-koyou-haken) role — you are employed directly by UTエージェント株式会社 on a permanent contract, with employment continuing even between placements.
