Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at a stylish sushi izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) in Osaka's Kitahama area, 5 minutes walk from Kitahama Station on the Keihan Main Line. The clientele is predominantly calm, office-based regulars in their 30s-50s, creating a relaxed floor environment where sushi is not required knowledge — all food is prepared in the kitchen and you simply serve it. Two shift patterns are available: an evening slot (16:00-22:00) at 1,250 yen per hour and a late-night slot (22:00-04:00) at 1,562 yen per hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate included), with a minimum of 4 hours from 1 day per week. Pay can be received by cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) — bank account not required — and daily or weekly payment can be arranged by discussion. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, and appearance is fully free — hair colour, nails, and piercings all permitted within reasonable limits. No resume required.
