Job Description:

This is a parts setting, packaging, and boxing role at an automotive parts coating factory in Osaka's Ikuno-ku, just 3 minutes walk from Minami-Kasugade Station on the Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line. Work involves placing a set number of lightweight auto parts into dedicated frames, wrapping products for shipment, and packing them into dispatch cartons — a straightforward, repetitive cycle in a fully air-conditioned workspace. Two shifts run on a 4-days-on, 2-days-off rotation: a day shift (08:00-17:00) and a night shift (22:00-07:00), with three 20-minute breaks totalling 1 hour each shift. The 4-on 2-off pattern means weekday days off occur regularly, which is convenient for errands and official appointments. No overtime is generated as a rule, and 121 annual leave days are included along with GW, summer, and year-end/New Year holiday periods. This is an indefinite-term dispatch (無期雇用派遣 muki-koyou-haken) role — you are employed directly by UTエージェント株式会社 on a permanent contract.
